New 120 courts to bring political stability, says Sh Rashid
Minister for Railways Sheikh Rashid Ahmed on Saturday said that establishment of 120 new accountability courts on the orders of Chief Justice Gulzar Ahmed will bring political stability in the country, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Addressing a news conference in Lahore, Sheikh Rashid said 90 percent people of this country salute the services being rendered by the Army on the border and in the country. “Only 10 percent defeated elements are harping on their selfish agendas,” he added.
The minister said that Prime Minister Imran Khan is not going anywhere; however Pakistani politics can see some major disturbances.
He warned that TTP, funded by Indian money, has now become active and it is one of our duties to stop terrorism in the country.
Sheikh Rashid said that if governments could be overthrown by rallies, PTI staged a 126-day-long sit-in. Imran Khan is ready for a consultation but will not discuss NRO with the opposition, he added. He said that the Pakistan Army and the government are on the same page and termed it a success of democracy.
Talking about PML-N, he said Imran Khan is trying to bring back Nawaz Sharif while cases against ‘my friend’ Shehbaz Sharif are serious.
