Islamabad Zoo population shifted to Ayub National Park

There is good news for the citizens of Rawalpindi that rare animals and birds have arrived at Ayub National Park, Rawalpindi, from Islamabad Zoo, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

Rawalpindi administration has taken steps for the entertainment of children in Ayub Park Rawalpindi, the TV channel reported.

The TV channel quoting its sources said rare birds and animals are shifted from Islamabad Marghazar Zoo to Ayub National Park.

Several animals including lion, tiger, wolf, blue cow were also shifted to the park.

Ayub Park administration has completed arrangements for the birds and animals and made separate cages and feeding arrangements for all the incoming birds and animals, the TV channel reported.

The Park administration has appointed veterinarians who routinely check the animals and the birds.
