Law violators in Islamabad to be dealt with iron hand

The law and order situation in Islamabad will be maintained with an iron hand and law enforcement agencies will never allow anyone to disturb the peace and order of the city, reported 24NewHD TV Channel.

A high-level meeting was held Saturday to deal with the likely sit-in by PTI activists in the federal capital.

IG FC Salahuddin Mehsud and IG Islamabad Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan chaired the meeting while all AIGs, DIGs, SSPs and FC  officers attended the meeting.

It was decided in the meeting that all necessary measures will be taken to protect lives and property of citizens.

A formal plan was also prepared to deal with the sit-in. Any number of FCs required will be provided.

The meeting directed the officers to be prepared to deal with any law and order situation in accordance with law.
