Mariyam Nafees lashes out at general public

In this time of despair, celebrities are constantly being criticized for any act they do amid flood crisis. Recently Hum Awards is under fire. People are not happy with this.

Actress Mariyam Nafees broke her silence on the criticism the actors are facing. She replied to one of the critiques who wrote against them and mentioned that stars are enjoying, partying and attending events despite of Pakistan’s situation. She further said that they should not say ill against the government also.

“Ye jo actors hain actresses ya jo bhi b celebrity hain Pakistan mai specially sab apni apni life enjoy kar rahy parties foreign trips, awards shows drama serial etc etc jo stop criticising the Government until you don’t want to feel the pain” and further she tagged Mariyam Nafees and Muneeb Butt, ending the tweet with ‘etc etc’.

Mariyam Nafees replied to her and mentioned the names of celebrities who are working in the field for the betterment, “Kya etc etc? Me, and my husband personally went. Hadiqa Kiani is on the gorund. Resham Ji went.”

She further told that there is no need to say out loud or prove anything, no one knows what they are doing and paying.

“The celebs donated SO MUCH that y’all know nothing about. Publish karo tou masla na karo tou masla. You do you! There’s nothing to prove here to anybody. And governments owe it to the people.” She wrote.
