Major Gen Noor Wali Khan appointed as additional secretary at Ministry of Interior

Major General Noor Wali Khan has been appointed as the new Additional Secretary of the Ministry of Interior, 24NewsHD TV reported on Monday. 

According to a notification issued by the establishment division, Major Gen Noor Wali Khan is posted for a period of three years on a secondment basis.

Meanwhile, Sohail Habib Tajik, a grade-21 officer of the PSP, who was previously serving as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Interior, has been transferred and directed to report to the Establishment Division.

Shakeel Shah, who had been serving as Additional Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office, has been repatriated to his parent department, the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

In another high-level move, Zakaria Ali Shah, previously serving as Additional Registrar at the Supreme Court of Pakistan, Islamabad, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Ministry of Housing and Works Division.
