Public hearing on hike in water, sewerage charges in Islamabad on Sept 3

In the wake of an increase in water and sewerage charges announced by the Capital Development Authority’s (CDA) Board, the public hearing will be held at the Convention Center in Islamabad from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on September 3, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
Citizens will also be able to give suggestions at the hearing.
In this connection, the Capital Development Authority (CDA) has issued a notice.
The Authority earns Rs4 million annually under the head of water and sanitation, while its expenditures stand at Rs4 billion.
