A man was burnt to death while his friend was seriously injured after his wife set both of them on fire with the help of her ‘paramour’ by locking them in a room in Arazi Dilawar, a suburban village of Arifwala on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel. 

The man, who was identified as Abdul Ghafoor, could not last long and breathed his last while undergoing treatment at a hospital while his friend Zafar had to be referred to a hospital in Multan due to his serious condition. 

Najma, the woman, reportedly served them custard mixed with an intoxicant before setting them on fire. 

The police had arrested the woman and were questioning her till last reports came in.
