Pak-Australia Test Series: Online tickets go for sale

The online sale of tickets for the upcoming home test series between Pakistan and Australia on Friday started, reported 24NewsHDTV channel.

Spectators could purchase their tickets through official website of Bookme.pk. Besides this, the fans could also buy tickets from the outlets of M&P Courier.

The ticket price for General Enclosure has been fixed at Rs100. While, the tickets for First Class and Premium Enclosure are available for Rs350 and Rs500, respectively.

The fans have to follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which have now become a common practice. All the spectators will be required to show their identity cards and COVID-19 vaccination certificate.

For the first leg of Australia tour of Pakistan, only 50 percent of the tickets could be sold. The remaining could only go for sale after the confirmation as how many spectators will be allowed in the stadium.

The test series will be sponsored by social media app TikTok. Prior to the series, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) will make the official account on this social media platform.

On TikTok, the PCB will upload exclusive content and cricket fans will be allowed to share their exclusive content on the platform.

It is pertinent to note that the Australian national cricket team will play on Pakistani soil after 24 years, with the first test match to be played on March 4 at Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium.
