Massive fire destroys 8 shops, guest house in Neelum Valley

As many as eight shops burnt to ashes and a guest house was destroyed when a massive fire swept through Dawarian Bazaar in Neelum Valley late Monday night, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

Soon after receiving the report of the incident, a Rescue team reached the spot and brought the fire under control with the help of local residents.

As the cool process was under way, the cause of the blaze could not immediately be ascertained.

Sources said that the fire caused huge losses to the local businessmen.

Fire erupts in a godown in Kamahan village 

In another incident, fire destroyed all the goods worth millions of rupees which were stored in a godown located in Kamahan Village on Aasiana Road in Lahore.

Rescue 1122 sources said that that the fire erupted due to electricity short-circuit. No loss of life and property was reported from the area. 

Soon after receiving the report, fire-fighting team of Rescue 1122 reached the spot and brought the fire under-control.
