Two women die as SUV rams into moving truck on Motorway-2

Two women were killed, and two others sustained injuries in a tragic road accident on M2 Motorway near Kot Momin, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.
Spokesman of Central Region Motorway Police Syed Imran Ahmad said that the accident occurred near Kot Momin, where an SUV hit a moving truck from behind due to the driver’s negligence, killing two women on the spot and injuring two others.
Rescue teams and Superintendent of Motorway Police Faisal Akram reached the spot after the accident and shifted the dead and injured to the hospital.
Rescue sources informed that the injured were in critical condition. Meanwhile, police have also launched an investigation.
