A man set his wife to fire burning her critically on divorce issue in Faisalabad on Saturday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

A man, Naveed, got angry with his wife Sanobar when she quarreled with him on the issue of divorce in Kokianwala in the limits of Raza Abad police station. 

The enraged husband doused his wife with petrol and set fire to her.

The 46 percent body of the poor woman was burnt and she was referred to the burn unit of Allied Hospital.

Police registered a case against Naveed on the complaint of Sanobar’s daughter Fatima and started proceedings to arrest him.
