Gold falls by Rs2,500 per tola in Pakistan

The gold rate in the country for a single tola of 24-karat is being traded at Rs 214,500 on Saturday against its sale at Rs 217,000 the previous day, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

The gold price for 22-karat was recorded at Rs 196,624 per tola as per the bullion market.

The price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold also decreased by Rs 2,143 to Rs 186,043 whereas the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold went down to Rs 168,574, All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association reported.

The price of gold in the international market increased by $1 to $1920 from $1919, the association reported.

The price of per tola silver decreased by Rs 50 and was traded at Rs 2500 per tola. Likewise, the price of 10 grams of silver decreased by Rs 42.87 and is being traded at Rs 21.43 per 10 grams.
