Brick-kiln woman labourer’s body found near Raiwind

The Raiwind Police has found dead body of a woman, who appeared to have been raped before she was killed, in the fields near Dhondhay Road.

It followed after the police received a call on 15 in the early Wednesday morning after which Police Chowki Ladhikay in-charge Rana Akram rushed to the scene along with his men.

The police and the forensic teams began the investigation of the murder of the woman who appeared to be a brick-kiln worker.

For further investigation, the dead body of the woman was sent to the Lahore’s General Hospital for the post-mortem.
