Court grants interim bail to Fawad Ch, Hammad till April 4
Ijaz Ch and Mehmood-ur-Rashid also granted bail in terrorism case: Robkar of 93 PTI workers issued

An anti-terrorism court in Lahore on Saturday granted interim bail to PTI leaders Fawad Chaudhry and Hammad Azhar till April 4 in a terrorism case registered against them, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Earlier in the day, the ATC rejected the bail petitions filed by Fawad Chaudhry, Hammad Azhar and Farrukh Habib in a terrorism case registered against the trio during the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf rally.
The judge rejected the interim bail of the petitioners on their non-appearance in court. Besides this, Fawad and Hammad Azhar also failed to submit their surety bonds.
Later, following the rejection of their bail pleas, Fawad Ch and Hammad Azhar again submitted their petitions to the ATC in Lahore seeking interim bail in the terrorism case.
The duo appeared before the court.
After hearing the arguments of the PTI lawyer, the judge granted interim bail to Fawad and Azhar till April 4.
Anti-terrorism court Judge Ijaz Ahmad Buttar heard the petitions.
The judge also extended the interim bail of Ijaz Chaudhry and Mian Mehmoood-ur-Rashid till April 4.
Both Ijaz and Rashid appeared before the court.
The Race Course police registered cases against PTI leaders under 12 different sections including terrorism, murder, attempt to murder, fighting, and creating an obstruction in the performance of official duties.
ATC issues Robkar of 93 PTI workers
Meanwhile, ATC Judge Buttar issued Robkar (release documents) of 93 PTI workers who were arrested on charges of vandalism and terrorism during the police operation in Zaman Park.
The PTI workers submitted Rs50,000 surety bonds each against their release.
The court yesterday accepted the bail petitions of 93 PTI workers against Rs50,000 surety bonds.
