Sindh Governor Kamran Khan Tessori has warned of strict action against hoarders and profiteers, saying it’s their duty to provide relief to people in the holy month of Ramdanul Mubarak, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Talking to media men in Karachi on Saturdaay, Governor Tessori said there is an army of deputy commissioners but the prices are still spiraling and nobody is there to check them.

Tessori directed the officers to visit markets and ensure implementation of rates of daily essential items fixed by the government.

He urged the media to expose elements overcharging in Bachat Bazaars and Ramadan Bazaars, and asked people to boycott those violating the government fixed rates of commodities of daily use.
