Court disposes of Ch Pervaiz’s bail plea in graft case

An accountability court (AC) in Lahore on Thursday rejected the interim bail application of former Punjab chief minister and PTI Central President Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi in a case of alleged embezzlement of development funds due to non-perusal of the case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The court also rejected Pervaiz’s plea for exemption from appearance in the court today.
