AJK President praises Azerbaijan for supporting Pakistan on Kashmir

Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) President Barrister Sultan Mahmood Ch has thanked Azerbaijan for its continued support of Pakistan on occupied Kashmiri, reported 2NewsHD TV Channel. 

According to a statement issued by AJK Presidential Secretariat in Islamabad, Barrister Sultan Mahmood Ch stated that Azerbaijan consistently backed Pakistan on Kashmir dispute against India. He emphasized the importance of international support in resolving the long-standing conflict. 

AJK President said that India tried to blame Pakistan by doing a false flag operation in Pahalgam but its plan failed and the Pakistan Army gave a strong reply to India's actions. 

Barrister Chaudhry said that Kashmir issue between Pakistan and India started in 1947, when Kashmir was a Muslim-majority area, but India took control of it by force. 

He said Kashmir dispute has not been resolved and was the main reason for the conflict between Pakistan and India, and it is also a big danger to peace in South Asia. 

At the end, he remarks that Azerbaijan played an important role during the recent tension between Pakistan and India and that countries like the US, UK, and Saudi Arabia also helped to calm the situation.
