LHC grants protective bail to Momina Iqbal’s fiance Hamza Habib
The ongoing controversy linked to Pakistani actress Momina Iqbal has taken another legal turn after the LHC granted protective bail to her fiance Hamza Habib in a case related to alleged threats against MPA Saqib Khaddar.
According to reports by 24NewsHD, Hamza Habib appeared before the LHC alongside Momina Iqbal’s sister and legal counsel, Rimsha Iqbal, during the hearing regarding the case registered against him by Jhang Police.

The court directed Hamza Habib to approach the relevant trial court for interim bail by June 1 while granting him temporary protective relief in the meantime.
The hearing was conducted by Justice Abeer Gul, who reviewed the petition filed by Hamza Habib in connection with the FIR lodged against him.
According to the FIR, Hamza Habib has been accused of issuing threats to MPA Saqib Khaddar.
The legal proceedings also attracted media attention as lawyers connected to the Momina Iqbal case arrived at the high court and later spoke to media representatives outside the courtroom.
