Pervez Khattak’s brother, nephew leave PTI to join PPP

Minister for Defense and close aide of Prime Minister Pervez Khattak's brother and nephew Monday said ‘Good Bye’ to the ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the defense minister’s brother Liaquat Khan Khattak and his son Ahad announced to leave the ruling party after consultation with their political allies and colleagues.
Liaqat Khattak and his son Ahad Khattak took the decision to leave the PTI in an important meeting held here at their native village Manki Sharif in Nowshera, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In the meeting, the elders of the area also gave a right to Liaquat Khattak and his son to join the team of Bilawal Bhutto, Chairman of the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP).
According to the sources, a big public meeting of the PPP would be held in Nowshera soon in which Bilawal would also address. And, the Khattak family would also participate in it.
