Sindh govt doubles conveyance allowance of special employees

In view of the increasing inflation, the Sindh government has increased the monthly conveyance allowance of special person employees from Rs1000 to Rs2000.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the enhanced conveyance allowance of the Sindh government’s special public servants will be applicable from 1st July 2019.
Conveyance Allowance will be given to all special employees including Sindh Secretariat, Chief Minister Secretariat, and Governor’s House Secretariat.
The Sindh Finance Department has issued a circular for an increase in allowance. The Conveyance Allowance for Special Persons Employees was introduced in 2016.
