Covid spares Alvi but infects several President’s House staff
Various employees of the President’s House in Islamabad have contracted coronavirus days after the First Lady announced she tested positive for Covid-19, reported 24NewHD TV channel on Saturday.
After Samina Alvi’s confirmation, Aiwan-i-Sadr staff also underwent the test and a result a number of employees were positive with coronavirus.
Sources told 24News TV channel that President Arif Alvi again underwent a coronavirus test but his report came back negative.
The PCSR tests were conducted after the First Lady contracted the Covid-19.

Earlier, in a statement released on social media, the wife of President of Pakistan Arif Alvi confirmed that her coronavirus test returned positive.
I was tested positive for covid, day before. I have a little bit of weakness but Alhamdulillah doing well otherwise. Request all to keep me in your prayers please.
