Punjab government Saturday announced to shut the mobile phone services on the eve of Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (AS) and Urs of Hazrat Data Ali Hajveri (RA) on Monday and Tuesday.

According to the 24News HD TV Channel, the government would shut the mobile phone services down partially on the eve of Chehlum and the next day on September 27 and 28 for security reasons.

The event of three days long Urs of Hazrat Data Ali Hajveri (RA) would start tomorrow (Sunday). The government announced the closing of mobile phone services at the request of the Lahore police.
