The 41st death anniversary of eminent politician Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi Shaheed was observed at Zahoor Elahi Palace in Gujrat on Sunday, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.   

Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q) chief Chaudhary Shujaat Hussain and his sons along with activists of the party visited the grave of Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi and offered Fatiha. 

Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain reiterated his father's determination to carry forward his mission. 

“Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi spent all his life telling the truth and he fully participated in all movements in support of Pakistan, including Tehreek Khatam-e-Nubawwat’, he added. 

He said Chaudhry Zahoor Elahi promoted tolerance in politics and he fought for the poor throughout his life. 

On the occasion, Chaudhry Salik Hussain and Shafay Hussain were also present.
