Sri Lanka set up the final with India as they beat Pakistan by six wickets Sunday in the semi-final of the Asian Games Women’s Cricket Competition 2023 in Hangzhou, China, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Pakistan faced a batting-order collapse in the semi-final as the green shirts were restricted to 75-9 in 20 overs.
Only three Pakistani players managed to score in double figures. Shawwal Zulfiqar scored 16 runs, Muneeba Ali 13 and Omaima scored 10 runs.
Udeshika Prabodhani led the Sri Lankan attack as she sent three Pakistani batters back to the pavilion while Kavisha Dilhari dismissed two.
Sri Lanka achieved the 76-run target for 4 with 21 balls remaining.
