Woman gives birth to baby on roadside in Sahiwal

A woman gave birth to a baby on the side of the road in Sahiwal, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.

The incident of the birth of a newborn baby on the roadside took place near 94-6 R where the woman gave birth to a baby girl with the help of Rescue 1122. 

The woman named Allah Rakhi, a resident of nearby village was being taken to the hospital for delivery when the baby was delivered on the way.

It is worth mentioning that the lady health workers in the health department, who are paid with public tax money, go door to door to collect data and help people solve health and delivery issues among women. 

But for a long time in Sahiwal, this work has been seen only at the level of papers and instead of going to the field, lady health workers are sitting in their homes and devastating the claims of the Punjab government and the Chief Minister.
