The Islamabad High Court has cancelled the bail applications of PTI members of National Assembly involved in the Sindh House attack case following which the police arrested MNAs Attaullah Niazi and Fahim Khan on Tuesday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Islamabad High Court Justice Tariq Mehmood Jehangiri heard the case and rejected bail applications of MNAs Attaullah Niazi and Fahim Khan.

As soon as the bail was denied to both the MNAs, police arrested them immediately.

The federal capital police had arrested 13 workers of then ruling party PTI for storming Sindh House in Islamabad on March 18 ahead of then opposition’s no-confidence motion against Imran Khan government.

Reportedly, the PTI dissidents who wanted to cast their votes in favour of no-trust motion had taken refuge in the Sindh House. But the PTI zealots barged into the Sindh House after staging a sit-in outside the Parliament and started smashing main gate.

Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) leader Qadir Mandokhail on March 19 had filed a petition in the local court of Islamabad to register an FIR against the PTI for attacking the Sindh House.
