MNA Ijaz Jakhrani’s son passes away, President, Bilawal offer condolences
Zaid Hussain Jakhrani, the young son of Pakistan Peoples Party Chief Whip and member of National Assembly Mir Ijaz Khan Jakhrani, has passed away. The funeral prayers will be offered Sunday night at 11 pm at Hamidiya School Ground, Jacobabad City.
Earlier, Mir Ijaz Hussain Jakhrani’s father and former MNA Mir Ahmed Nawaz Khan alias Mir Babul Khan Jakhrani also passed away in early April 2026.
President Asif Ali Zardari and PPP Chiarman Bilawal Bhutto have expressed their deep grief and sorrow over the death of Zaid Jakhrani, a young son of PPP leader and former Federal minister Ijaz Jakhrani.
Expressing condolences and sympathy with the bereaved family, the president prayed for the departed soul and for the family to bear the loss with fortitude, President Secretariat Media Wing said in a press release.
Bilawal Bhutto also prayed for the departed soul and for the victim family.
National Assembly Speaker Ayaz Sadiq on Saturday visited the residence of PPP Chief Whip and MNA Mir Aijaz Hussain Jakhrani to offer condolences over the death of his son, Zaid Hussain Jakhrani.
Expressing deep grief, the speaker said the loss of a son is the greatest sorrow for any parent, adding that the death of a young son is an indescribable tragedy. He extended heartfelt sympathy to the bereaved family and said he stood in solidarity with them during this difficult time. The speaker prayed for the departed soul’s elevated ranks and strength for the family to bear the loss.
