A man on Sunday turned himself in after shooting his wife dead in the name of honour in Nowshera, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to police, a man Jehanzeb, resident of Misalabad in Nowshera, turned himself in after killing his wife. He told the police that he hid his wife’s dead body and the gun with which he had murdered her in a drum.

The accused further told the police that he saw a stranger coming out of his house and he became suspicious and angry. He shot dead his wife in the name of honour, he added.
