Pakistan’s former captain and all-rounder Muhammad Hafeez, who is representing Lahore Qalandars in the on-going is in sublime form recently.
He continued with his scintillating form in match against Multan Sultans before a mix-up with Samit Patel led to an abrupt end of his beautiful innings laced with effortless power hitting and massive sixes.
He soon became a top trend on social media as his batting left cricketing fans head over heels for his power shows.

Hafeez has recently revealed that he has especially focused on the power hitting department after visiting Caribbean Premier League. He said Pakistani batsmen mainly focus on their techniques and that is why when other teams are piling loads of runs, Pakistan batsmen struggle to reach 259 runs.
He said he was impressed with the West Indian players who practised on their power hitting regularly in the nets and try to play long shots.
He said he took a cue from there and has started practising power hitting and that has started paying dividends to him.
He also urged the Pakistani batsmen to practice the same along with working on their batting techniques as it was only the way forward in white ball cricket.
