Pakistan Muslim League-Q leaders Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain, Chaudhry Parvez Elahi and Moonis Elahi have offered condolence over the demise of a senior journalist, Attaur Rehman.

They paid tribute to him for his service in the field of journalism. Expressing condolences to the bereaved family, they prayed the Almighty may the departed soul in eternal peace and grant courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss with fortitude.

Key figures including Minister for Information and Broadcasting Chaudhry Fawad Hussain also offered condolence.

Fawad paid tribute to Atta Ur Rehman, saying had ruled the hearts of his readers for two decades through his column under titled "Tajziya".
