A son shot dead his father in cold blood in Bismillah Town, Makoana in Faisalabad on Wednesday when the latter refused to allow him to contract marriage of his own choice, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

According to details, accused Ali Hassan wanted to contract love marriage but his father, Noor Muhammad, was not happy with his decision and opposed the match. 

Fuming at his father’s refusal, accused Ali Hassan opened fire on his father and killed him on the spot.

After shooting him dead, the accused fled the scene. 

Khararyanwala police started investigation after shifting the dead body to hospital for post mortem.
