Islamabad court confirms Fawad Chaudhry’s bail

A local court in Islamabad has confirmed former federal minister Fawad Chawdhry's bail in a case filed at Aabpara police station in connection with May 9 incidents, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Additional Sessions Judge Tahir Abbas Supra heard the case on Thursday.

Fawad Chaudhry's lawyer Faisal Chaudhry appeared before the court.

Fawad Chaudhry's lawyer requested the court to confirm bail of his client in connection with allegations regarding use of loudspeaker as all provisions are bailable.

Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra confirming Fawad Chaudhry’s bail remarked that the investigation involving Fawad Chaudhary has been done.
