Saudi Arabia announces restart of Umrah from August 10

Saudi Arabia has announced resumption of Umrah pilgrimage for international pilgrims from August 10, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Sunday.
The Saudi authorities have said the pilgrims from nine of the countries including Pakistan are required to undergo a 14-day quarantine in a third state before landing in the Kingdom.
The other countries that will have to go through the two-week quarantine in a third state are India, Indonesia, Egypt, Turkey, Argentina , Brazil, South Africa and Lebanon.
The authorities have also made mandatory vaccination and other covid precautionary measure for intending pilgrims.
The Kingdom will just allow the pilgrims above the age of 18 coming via an accredited Umrah Agency by Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.
