Romeo and Harper Beckham narrowly avoid reunion with Brooklyn and Nicola
Romeo Beckham and his younger sister Harper stepped out for a relaxed dinner in St Tropez, as the Beckham family continued their summer getaway to the South of France, notably missing older brother Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz, amid persistent rumours of a family rift.
Romeo, 22, and Harper, 14, looked carefree as they strolled through the celebrity-favourite town. Romeo kept things casual in a white sweatshirt, pink basketball shorts, and a backwards red cap, while Harper sported a white hoodie, shorts, and beige Birkenstocks.
Just hours before their outing, Romeo was spotted solo, stylishly dressed in a vintage Brazil Ronaldo football jersey, camo shorts, and suede loafers, exploring the French Riviera before boarding a yacht.
Their appearance comes at a time of growing speculation surrounding the Beckham family's strained relationship with Brooklyn and Nicola.
The couple were recently spotted in St Tropez as well, but appear to have missed crossing paths with Romeo and Harper, avoiding what could have been an awkward reunion.
Tensions reportedly began building after Brooklyn skipped David Beckham’s 50th birthday celebration and failed to publicly acknowledge his parents' birthdays on social media a move seen as highly unusual for the otherwise tight-knit family.
Adding fuel to the fire, Brooklyn was seen over the weekend celebrating his billionaire father-in-law Nelson Peltz’s 83rd birthday with a heartfelt tribute post calling him “the most loving and supportive father.” Nicola shared similar sentiments, praising her dad and gushing about the party hosted at the Peltz family estate in Bedford, New York.
While Brooklyn appears increasingly close to his in-laws, fans noticed his apparent distance from his siblings. He and Nicola no longer follow Romeo or Cruz on Instagram, though sources claim it was actually Romeo and Cruz who blocked the couple after being left out of recent family photos shared by Brooklyn.
