Indian actress recalls painful memories of separation from Darshan Jariwala

Veteran Indian actress Aparaa Mehta has opened up about her separation from husband and actor Darshan Jariwala revealing the reason that led to the end of their marriage. 

Speaking in a recent interview, Mehta said Jariwala told her he no longer wanted to continue the marriage because he had fallen out of love and even called her "the ugliest woman" in his life.

The actress shared that despite the emotional shock she continued with her work before fully processing what had happened. She revealed that Jariwala eventually moved out of their home.

Despite living separately for years, Mehta said they continue to share a relationship. She added that the doors of her home remain open for him although she believes he is unlikely to return.
