Man and woman killed in honour crime near Kashmore

A man and a woman were found dead near the Pit Feeder Silachi Canal in the Kashmore district on Sunday in what police believe to be a suspected honour killing.

According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, police said the victims were allegedly killed in the name of honour. 

Their bodies were found at the scene, where the incident caused fear and panic among local residents.

The male victim was identified as Liaquat, while the identity of the woman had not been established at the time of reporting.

Police have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances surrounding the killings and to identify those responsible.
