Drugs worth $136 million seized in Balochistan raid

Pakistan Coast Guards (PCG) Monday conducted a raid on a tip-off and recovered hashish, heroin and ice drug worth $136 million from an empty house in Kapakpar area of Balochistan, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

During the operation, 5,166kg of high-quality hashish, 274kg of ice drug and 53kg of heroin were recovered from the house, the PCG authorities said.

The drugs were worth around $136 million in the international market. These drugs were hidden in the house to be smuggled abroad, the PCG authorities added.

The drugs were seized, and legal action has been initiated, they stated.

“Drugs including crystals and heroin were recovered from Wandar area last week too,” they added.
