DPO Sargodha challenges show-cause notice in judge harassment case

District Police Officer (DPO) Sargodha Dr Asad Ejaz Malhi has challenged the show-cause notice received in an anti-terrorism court judge harassment case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.

However, the Registrar's Office raised an objection to the admissibility of the internal-court appeal of DPO Sargodha.

A two-member bench of the Lahore High Court will hear the objection case on the appeal of DPO Sargodha.

A two-member bench comprising Justice Syed Shahbaz Ali Rizvi and Justice Ali Zia Bajwa.

The hearing in the case will be held today.
