Amid the depressing news of the deepening impact of coronavirus outbreak, there is good news from Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where two patients infected with the virus have successfully recovered.

According to 24NewsHD TV channel, Alam Zeb and Kamal Uddin are residents of Manga and remained under treatment in Mardan Medical Complex Hospital for five days, MMC spokesman Dr Javed Iqbal said.

Alam Zeeb and Rakmaluddin are now were discharged from the hospital.

There are 121 confirmed coronavirus patients across KP, according to Ministry of Health portal. The virus infected people are being treated at various quarantine centres.
