A man in Hafizabad raped a married woman, made its video and then extorted Rs1 million from her in return for deleting it, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday. 

Despite registration of a case, police have failed to arrest the culprit. 

The victim woman has appealed to the inspector general of Police (IGP), Punjab to provide justice to her.
