March 26, 2022 05:06 PM

Disgruntled PTI MNA Noor Alam Khan has submitted a response to the show-cause notice issued by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf to him, denying all charges levelled against him insisting he has always remained with the party, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

In his reply on Saturday, Noor Alam Khan said that he had not given any such interview which needs an explanation. He further said that neither he left the PTI nor he parted ways with PTI’s parliamentary party.

In his response to the notice, he rejected the allegations and insisted that Article 63 was not applicable to him.

Noor said that he does not feel any reason to appear in person before the show-cause committee.

The PTI had given March 26 a deadline to submit the response to the show-cause notice.

Another disgruntled MNA Malik Ahmed Hussain Dehar also submitted a response to the PTI show-cause notice.

He too rejected all allegations levelled against him in the show-cause notice insisting he is with the party.

Hussain Dehar said that there is no need for any action against him as per the Article 63 of the Constitution.

He claimed that the show-cause notice did not provide any evidence in support of the allegations that were levelled against him.
