A robbery suspect was injured while another escaped after an encounter with A-Section police in Hyderabad near 12 Chungi Naka, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday. 

According to a police spokesperson, the shootout took place with street criminals during Sehri time in which the suspects started firing at the officials in a bid to flee who was then retaliated. 

As a result, one of the suspects got injured and arrested with weapons while the other managed to flee. 

Later the injured, identified as Mir Muhammad Chandio, was moved to a hospital for medical assistance.
