Activists’ disinterest hits PTI rally in DI Khan

November 26, 2022 12:58 PM

PTI leader Ali Amin Gandapur has failed to accumulate enough number of marchers from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s south districts owing to disinterest of the PTI workers despite spending thousands of rupees for this purpose, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Reportedly, Gandapur has failed to achieve the target set for him to bring enough PTI marchers for Rawalpindi rally from Poreco Dera Division and other areas. He was given a target of 16,000 people but despite all his efforts, he could assemble a paltry 600-700 people along with 60-70 vehicles at Al-Amin House in Dera Ismail Khan till Nov 25.

It has been revealed on Saturday that the PTI workers are disheartened and not so many people have come out of their homes in DI Khan district.

The cook who is responsible to supply food for the long march participants has told 24News TV channel that he has got food order for 1,200 people only.

As per the schedule, the caravan was supposed to depart for Pindi at 10am today but due to non-participation of the PTI workers, the convoy was facing a delay.
