Doctors remove hairpin from girl’s stomach in Lahore
Doctors at General Hospital (LGH) in Lahore on Wednesday performed a successful Endoscopy procedure and removed a hairpin from the stomach of a three-year-old girl, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Principal Professor Farooq Afzal lauded the outstanding performance of the medical team for performing successful Edoscopy.
The girl, Jannat, swallowed the hairpin while playing at her house located in Chungi Amar Sidhu.
The medical team was headed by Dr Hooria Rehman. According to the medical examination, there was a risk of internal injuries or serious complications.
Jannat’s mother said, “The joy of seeing her smiling again is indescribable.”
She expressed gratitude to Allah Almighty for this successful operation and called it honor of the LGH.
