The Supreme Court has fixed the hearing of PTI petition against the alleged ‘physical torture’ and remand of its leader Shahbaz Gill in police custody.

A three-judge bench headed by Justice Ijazul Ahsan will hear the case tomorrow.

The Islamabad High Court on Sept 15, granted bail to Gill in a sedition case against Rs0.5 million surety bonds.
