Pakistani career diplomat Zulqarnain Chheena posted at the Permanent Mission of Pakistan to the United Nations gave a befitting reply to India after the Prime Minister’s speech Imran Khan at the 75th UNGA Session and said the Indian right of reply was another shameful attempt to deflect attention from the real issues. India, however, would not be able to escape accountability for its crimes.

Zulqarnain Chheena in his reply said instead of tilting of windmills, India would be better served to put its own house in order and to strive for regional peace based on equality and mutual respect and peaceful settlements of disputes.

Zulqarnain Chheena said, “Before I begin, I hope the Indian delegation is present and listening and not running away from the truth as his colleague did in the morning.”

“The Nazis are often credited with perfecting the art of concocting lies and peddling false propaganda but listening to the Indian representative today, even the Nazis would have acknowledged now the mental have now been shifted to BJB-RSS,” Zulqarnain Chheena said.

“In his statement today, the prime minister of Pakistan put a spotlight on Mr Modi’s India which is defined by the suppressive and brutal occupation of the land and resources of Jammu and Kashmir. The human rights violations of the Kashmir people. The deliberate promotion of Hindutva Supremacist ideology to suppress and marginalized India’s minority communities including millions of Muslims,” Pakistani diplomat said.

“The expansionist Indian designs against Pakistan and all other neighbours of India avowed aim of New Delhi to act as a regional bully. These are all objective realities, Mr President, not Parisian facts,” he further said.

As India decent into a fascist state is accelerates, the projections which my prime minister made last year of the imminent disaster being fueled by BJB-RSS policies are being confirmed now by their brutal actions.”

Pakistani diplomat made this statement loud and clear while 1st Right of Reply that, “We need to look no further by the Shaheen Bagh, a neighbourhood in New Delhi, as protesters mainly Muslims women took to the streets in February against the discriminatory ant-citizenship laws enacted by the BJB-RSS regime.”

He further said, “Hindu zealot’s perpetrators a well-organized and orchestrated program of Muslims in order to teach traitors a lesion while countless Muslims were killed and their homes burned.”

“The charred streets, Mr President, of Delhi not only exposed the Hindutva ideology in all its intolerant glory. They also manifested the trusted method that the Hindu extremists have resorted from Gujrat in 2002 to New Delhi in 2020.”

He said state institutions in India have also become state agents of this ominous Hindutva agenda.

Pakistani diplomat said, “In Jammu and Kashmir, India has no other claim than that of a military occupier. India is compelled to use naked force to impose its force on an unwilling and oppressed people. Ask the people of J&K and they will tell you emphatically J& K is not a part of India, it never was and it never will be. The state of Jammu and Kashmir is an internationally recognized disputed territory as decreed by the Security Council, the final disposition of the state will be made in accordance with the will of the people expressed through a democratic method through a free and impartial plebiscite under the auspices of the United Nations.”

“We do concede, India knows a lot of terrorism. It is to use a popular expression, the mothership of terrorism, which holds a patent over a state sponsorship of terror. India has used terror against each of its neighbours. India is actively involved in orchestrating, financing and providing logistical support to terrorist’s organization like TTP and JUA to target Pakistan from across the border. It has hired organized criminal groups located across our western border to conduct terrorist attacks in Pakistan especially for the destruction of development of the Southern and Western region of my country.”

Pakistan named India Navy spy Kulbhushan Jadhav in 1st Right of Reply that he was captured by Pakistan, ‘has confessed that he was organizing and supporting these criminal groups to perpetrate terrorism in Pakistan.’
