Leader of the Opposition in Senate, Dr Shahzad Waseem Monday raised the recent audiotapes scandal involving Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) in the Senate session, reported 24NewsHD TV Channel.

He urged the Chairman of Senate Muhammad Sadiq Sanjrani to listen to the audio and you will know, how PML-N vice president Maryam Nawaz was asking for a power plant from India to be imported for her son-in-law.

Senator Shahzad Wasim added that in another audio the constitutional power of the Speaker is being exercised by the PMO.  

He also said, how the western countries can give flood aid to our rulers when they know that their property is in our countries.

The international celebrity Angelina Jolie is in Pakistan and our rulers are roaming in America, how the people could give us charity, he added.
