The crescent moon of Rabi-ul-Awwal 1444 Hijri has not been sighted on Monday so the first Rabi ul Awwal will be on Wednesday, September 28, 2022.

Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Chairman Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad made the announcement after a meeting of the Ruet-e-Hilal Committee meeting on Monday.

Maulana Abdul Khabir Azad said the 12 Rabi ul Awwal will fall on Sunday, October 9, 2022.

The 12 Rabi ul Awwal is the day when the Muslims celebrate the arrival of the Rehamtalli Alameen, Khatumun Nabiyyeen Hazrat Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) to the world.
