Four involved in Hawala hundi business held by FIA

FIA Kohat zone have arrested four accused who were involved in Hawala hundi on Friday, reported 24NewsHDTV Channel. 

FIA Karachi Zone have also arrested two men who were involved in Hawala Hundi and illegal currency exchange. The accused include Muhammad Usama and Amian Anwar who were arrested from Saddar and Clifton areas of Karachi. 

FIA Kohat zone said the accused were identified as Aftab Khan, Naveedullah, Amanullah and Abdul Wahad who were arrested from different areas of Karak and Bannu. A total of 1091,000 Pakistani rupees were recovered from the possession of the accused. Chequebooks, mobile phones and registers were recovered from the accused. Digital evidence related to Hawala Hundi was also recovered from the arrested accused. 

During the initial probe, the accused could not satisfy the authorities regarding the recovered currency. The investigation has been launched and raids were being conducted to arrest other accomplices of the accused.
