Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman and Federal Interior Minister, Mohsin Naqvi, is cutting short his official visit to the United States and departing for Dubai today to attend the highly anticipated Asia Cup final between arch-rivals Pakistan and India, 24NewsHD TV reported on Friday. 

Naqvi will witness the crucial match and will also serve as a special guest for the event in his additional capacity as the President of the Asian Cricket Council.
